Stucco veneziano
Main works:
Since 2002, when Central Europe has never known about Venetian stucco, I have been involved in painting churches and other cultural monuments, we have been troweling with Venetian stucco everywhere, so I have maked thousands of squared meters with this material.

As basis of my paintings I´m using Stucco veneziano, which is very decorative and it looks like marble. It is manufactured from long maturing lime and after drying out it is very durable and permanent.
Stucco veneziano has similar properties as real marble: smooth, shiny, durable, cold surface and has more colors mixed.
Since in this plaster alternate more colors, it´s easy to repair. This means that when the plaster is damaged, it is not necessary to correct the whole wall, but only the damaged part. For other painting techniques must been repainted the entire wall.
Stucco veneziano consists of at least two smoothing layers and finally of one colored "marble" layer of antique lime. The number of layers depends on the quality of the base plaster. The final layer is very smooth, glossy and durable. The color palette is infinite, according to customer´s demand. On this surface it can be then painted fresco, ornaments, dimension frames, which elevate interior in a completely different style.
In bathrooms and walls, which are often wet, I use a special wax, which prevents water and dirt from entering the plaster.
